Dr. Wendy Flint is Director of Undergraduate Programs in the College of Business at George Fox University and an Assistant Professor of Management.
Dr. Flint is the author of ten books for business, government, education, and faith-based audiences. She is a national speaker and has over 35-years’ experience in the business sector, non-profit, and higher education.
Dr. Flint's university courses include Principles of Management, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Mentoring in the Workplace and Community, Strategies for Career Change or Advancement, and Leadership & Character.
Dr. Flint offers personal calling and career coaching through her company Vision Purpose Passion. She holds a Masters in Business Administration (Capella University), a Masters in Public Administration (Washington State University) and a PhD in Education (Capella University).
As a former school board president and president of the American Parents Association, Dr. Flint continues to do workshops for parents who want to have local control of their children's schools and school boards. Dr. Flint also holds a certificate as a Gallup Strengths Coach; and certificates in Strengths-Based Teaching, Evocative Coaching, and Appreciative Inquiry.
All of Dr. Flint's devotionals are inspired by Biblical standards and workplace experiences. Wendy attributes her success to leaning on the promises of God and believes leadership must be both spriritually principled and intentionally practical.
